A number of people seem clueless about what happened to the Goldxtreme when they ask on social media “What happened to Goldxtreme? Why the table is not moving? Can I ask a refund?”
On June 4, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) issued a warning prohibiting people from joining the “Goldxtreme” because the company, according to the former, has no business to solicit investments, therefore it can be scam.
Earlier on August, Goldxtreme refuted the SEC’s claim saying its business is legal and that, it is not asking for investments from people, instead, it is trading gold.
People on social media, especially on Facebook were very aggressive to recruit other people. Members are very defensive of the program.
Several months of silence later, people starts to complain and ask if they can get their money back. Goldxtreme says “There is no refund”.
Thousands of victims still keep silent because they are ashamed to tell their families and friends that they’ve been scammed.
Yes, there were people who made fortunes before, but the number of victims is always bigger than those who made money.
It seems the members are not aware that the officials of this Ponzi scheme faces syndicated estafa charges in Baguio City.
Report says “In a 4-page resolution, Associate City Prosecutor Paulyn Maurie A. dela Cruz-Castro, cited that those charged for estafa were Weng Faye Cabreros Cabusas alias Rowena Faye Cabusas, Gavino Mariano Tan and Romell Enriquez Tan of Goldxtream Trading Company with address at 42 Bronze Street, Tugatog, Malabon City upon the complaint of Ligaya Calingayan who was reportedly duped of her hard earned money” – thestandard.ph, bagioheraldexpress.com
Goldxtreme is easily slipping without the knowledge of majority of its members, and only time can tell when the leaders disappear leaving thousands of its victims in misery.
It is always sad to hear when someone put all of his/her savings life to defend a scam program, like the aggressive members of Goldxtreme before.
Thick-headed people who refuse to listen always end-up as the losers.
